• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
• You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share on the platform.

The content, features, and functionality of StudyBae, including but not limited to MagicBae, Forever Memory™ System, and other proprietary tools, are owned by StudyBae LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to StudyBae. By using our services, you grant StudyBae a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Your use of StudyBae is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy to provide and improve our services, including the use of AI technologies like MagicBae.

StudyBae LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of StudyBae after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.
